| Had to take Rocky to the Hospital. ROcky felt sleepy all day, and coaltit walk at all, HE would fall down everytime I would put him on the floor, he was also shivering a bit. WE freaked out and took him to the doctor at 2 am in the morning. Doctor said that he might have ate something bad and should be fine in the morning. WIth that said, my mother fed him 5 blueberries in the morning. Could that have cause it? WE gave him some nutrical, thinking that he lacks sugar, but that didnt help him either. |

| aww poor rocky i hope he feels better...as far as what caused it i dont know but martini went through an episode like that a few months ago and we took her to her vet who took the gluclose test and she was fine but wasnt able to stand up without shaking and being wobbly so we had to take her to manhattan to an emergency 24 hr hopsital and she had to stay there over night hooked up to an iv and it was so sad they took test for everything including her liver shunt and thank god we were able to take her home the next day cause that nite i stayed up crying all nite cause i missed and was worried about her...so i would just see how he feels and if it happens again tell them to test him for a liver shunt, and check the sugar

| Guys thank you so much for support. OK, 8 hours later, he is fine, jolly as always. His urine was good color, and his poop was a little dark. But he looks very happy. The only think I can think of, is I gave him one dry fruit, appricot, in small bite. He had it before and loved it. SO i dont know if this cause it or not. I hope this doesnt happen to us or anyone, lets stay healthy. |

| None of that food could've caused it unless he is severely allergic to it. I would take him back to the vet and insist on a bile acid test. Liver problems need to be ruled out.

| I'm glad he's better today Nothing scarier than having a sick furbaby! He may be allergic to the blueberries, or even the apricot, as allergies can develop out of the blue.

| That sounded like a scary experience. I am glad Rocky is doing better. It is possible that he was passing a bladder or kidney stone or it could have been a sign of liver problems. For peace of mind and the welfare of Rocky I think it would be best to have a blood panel done on him....better safe than sorry. |
