Okay, so we got our new puppy Molly yesterday after researching, reading, calling around and talking to breeders, visting a couple.... I just liked the feel of the breeders. I felt comftorable around them and they only hobby breed one male and one female and their pups were right in the middle of the living room and just like a part of the family plus mom and dad were soo cute. Well we get a call tonight from her breeder lol and she says that somehow I got the wrong puppy. Honest mistake ( it was in the middle of a snow storm that we went out there in so I can see where both of us were in fault ). Turns out Molly is not a she, but a he. I was like now way, but after checking and rechecking their right. Molly isn't really a molly lol. So She gave me options, I could take the female and switch pups ( so not going to happen, I love this little pup) or I can get a refund for the price of a male. I took the refund. So turns out our Molly is a Milo lol.
The girls don't know yet, they are going to flip tomorrow when they find out. Thank goodness I didn't buy a lot of pink stuff. His this ever happened before? It's been many years since I've been around puppies so I honestly wasn't even thinking to check.

I'm not sure I understand how they thought Milo was a girl, but I just wanted to congratulate you! I have two boys, and I LOVE them! They have the sweetest dispositions. I wish you all the best with little Milo!

Oh my, in a way it is funny. I have a little boy and I just love him up! He is so good and loves to snuggle with everyone here at our house!

Our Moose is the first male dog we have ever had! We love him and are very happy we got a male. Congrats and welcome to YT!

I promise pics will come in the next couple weeks. My camera is broken and I am purchasing a Nikon D300X to replace it in a few days. I am a photographer so my camera is very important to me, it's always attatched to my hip. I am soo inlove with him. I didn't think I'd get that attatched so quickly but I did. He's just so loving and sweet and he's learning how to use his potty pads and truly likes his little crate.

Congratulations on your new baby. I love males and when it comes to get my next I want another male. I know we cant dress them up in pink but my last male was such a cuddlebug and that to me is a better tradeoff than pink dresses.

Cant wait to see pics too.

Congratulations....boys are little loverboys. I have a girl and a boy and Bear is the one that wants to be on top of me all the time. Mindy just wants to play with Bear unless she is feeling a little jealous and she will push Bear out of the way and plop herself down on top of me. They are all so sweet. Enjoy!!!

why dont you go back and get Molly too!!!??? molly and milo would be a lot of fun!

Yes my daughter got a mixed german sheperd once and she said that she got the only male. I looked and told her that it looked like she got the only female. We have laughed about this for years. The girl she got her from was about the same age I guess they were about seventeen, the owner was the one who started the mix up. My daughter had planned on getting a male thinking the neuter would not cost so much. We still have this dog and my daughter is now 29 with 3 little human boys.
