|  Passion for our yorkies Its strange..... coming on this site is like... home! And so quickly too! Everyone in our family thinks that my husband and I have gone nuts ever since we got Jaya........ we are both completely inlove with Jaya and Jenna... and our family cannot understand. Actually nobody seems to understand, and at first I was thinking...jeez, maybe we're over doing it, but I log on here, and you all share our passion! Is it just the yorkie that does it, or dogs in general? None of my other friends who own dogs do what we do though, so I dunno. We love them SO much, and its frustrating because we don't know any yorkie-owners who we can share our stories with. I'm SO glad this forum exists, because FINALLY I can talk about our babies without feeling embarrassed for getting over excited! THANK YOU EVERYONE! |

| I hear ya !! No one in my family understands how my husband and I feel about our 3.. they just roll their eyes and say.. "they are just a dogs", but not to us.. after my sons, they are as close as you can get to being my kids..

| Welcome to YT! It is definitely nice to have a place where you can see so many others that love their furbabies as much as you. I had never known anyone quite as addicted to dog clothes as me until I found this site...so many dress their dogs here. And I've learned that there are many people like me out there as well...obsessed with their dogs

| Welcome to YT  Ditto  Yorkies rule... This is my first dog ever and the only dog Ive ever wanted. It took over 10 yrs to get her, but well worth the wait. I dont know what I'd do if YT wasnt around... I already get on my husbands nerves because Meka is my world and I make it known...everyday, allday...lol

| I love all dogs, but there's something about a Yorkie. So to answer your question as to whether or not it's Yorkies in particular that cause this reaction, I would have to say YES! And Morkies, Maltese, etc. too. Yorkies and similar dogs seem almost human IMHO. Welcome to YT.

| welcome to YT!!! it is great, huh?? and i totally hear you lol ... before i found this forum i kind of thought people who made such a fuss about their furkids were just a little "odd" ... and pre-YT you would not have wanted to get me started on people who actually dressed their furbabies! but then i found this forum and got my babies and my whole outlook changed...and for the record, my babies are going to have more clothes than me one day!

| Welcome to YT! It so nice to be among so many people who LOVE Yorkies! I have had many dogs over the years and I have loved every one of them so much, but when I got my Yorkie it was all over. LOL They have so much personality and I don't think I would ever want any other breed now that I have had a Yorkie.

|  I love all dogs, but really enjoy my boys. I love to snuggle with them and hold them. Maybe it's the size of them that causes us to fall in love with them.
