Schatzie has this little habit of well "bossing her sister Annabelle around". She will steal treats, take toys away, chase, bite her butt, and annoy Annabelle to no end. I always feel sorry for Annabelle and tell Schatzie "you need to be nice to your sister".

Well, for a surprise my husband and I bought a Chihuahua named Melly Jean for my daughter Elizabeth. Elizabeth will be here Tuesday for a month to visit and meet Melly Jean for the first time. Anyway....Melly isn't even a pound and she chases Schatzie all over the house. Schatzie is afraid of her and I laugh.

Melly takes away the treats, toys, and whatever Schatzie has and even runs to bite Schatzie in the butt.

Ok Schatzie! I hope you have possibly learned your lesson in "bossing others around!" LOL!!

I have only had Melly Jean in the house for a few days and she really pulls at my heart strings. I'am loving her dearly! She is the sweetest little Chihuahua I have ever known. Im kinda sad already thinking I have to say "good-bye" to my new little Chi friend but I think Schatzie feels differently.

OMG I LOVE it - isn't it funny when they're on the receiving end !! A ONE pound Chi striking terror in the house is hilariouos !

What a great picture ! I cropped it and framed it so you can have a pic of that sweetie - and give one to your daughter ....

I am having WAY too much fun with this frame program...that is just a great shot girl !

You're VERY welcome - it looks like a painting to me - it captures perfectly the curious nature of these 2 breeds..... it's a great picture ! That is actually something you'd expect to see in a magazine !

She is known as a "long haired Chi"....She is fluffy/fuzzy however but as she matures she will get longer silkier hair.

I do admit that I am partial to Yorkie's (obviously) but I have to say, she's just a doll to me. LOL!

(My husband says "she's so ugly shes cute")

How sweet of you guys to get your daughter a chihauhua! Does she know yet?! Melly Jean is just adorable. Tht's way too funny that she knows how to hold her own with Schatzie! LOL!!! Thanks for sharing. I always love Schatzie!!

Melly is ADORABLEEEEEE!!! Frankly, I am not a fan of the Chi look, but Melly is DEFINITELY making a soft spot in my mind for the breed. Who could help but fall in love with that face? I love the tie-dyed picture with the sweater. She is a little princess!

I like Chi's but they usually don't speak to me like Melly Jean - I LOVE her ! and I adore her name - it's perfect for her - what a face !
