|  To Say Hello! Hi, I'm new to yorkietalk & just wanted to say hello to everyone! I'm a thirty-five mother of three boys 11 & older. I am a hairstylist, my shop is right by my home so I love being able to be at home. I will be getting my first yorkie puppy next sunday/monday, she's a beautiful little girl!! We are so excited to get her we can hardly wait! I found this site while I was trying to find anything helpful that I should know b/f we pick her up! It is just a wealth of information & everything is great. If anyone has any advice I would welcome it all, also we are undecided on her name we are now between Regan Ashley or Sabella (call her bella). Thanks, SouthernChick |

Do your research on the food you will be feeding her. Alot of the times yorkies will have itchy dry skin and it's all in the diet they are fed. Can't wait to see lots of photos of your new baby girl! |

| Thank you all for making me feel so welcome! I would like to ask everyone's opinion on dog food? my vet recommends proplan so I just want to make sure everyone has had a good experience with this type of dog food & their yorkies. I've been looking online & I'm going to get a indoor/outdoor pen from petsmart so I can put her crate,wee pads & food in their with her so she'll be safe, of course I don't think I'll put her down for a day or two when I finally get her!! |
