| ![]() Riley and TJ love popsicles. Anytime that I take one out to eat, they are right there beside me trying to get a lick. If I let them, they'll lick until it's gone. The problem is that I don't think popsicles for me are healthy for dogs. I don't know though. ![]() |

| ![]() There are dog ice cream cups...I bought them for Maximus..but it is way way too big for him to eat in one sitting he gets too cold..so I cut it into 4 sections (in the paper cup)..refreeze three of the section and then put the ice cream in a shallow little rubbermaid dish for him..he LOVES them!!! and it keeps him occupied for a while so I can eat a meal..lol

| ![]() Schatzie enjoys the frozen Italian Ice sticks. I realize the sugar isn't the healthiest for dogs so I only give a small bite, but she's happy enough with that! ![]()

| ![]() there are some for dogs called Pooch-pops, they are beef and cheese flavored. They were gave to me, but I think you can buy them at Pet-smart. Winn-dixie use to carry popsicles for dogs but I think they stopped selling them. they were in the ice cream department. |

| ![]() He's not home but here is a recipe..I think this may even be the brand..FROSTY PAWS Frosty Paws Ice Cream 32 ounces vanilla yogurt 1 mashed banana or one large jar of baby fruit 2 tablespoons peanut butter 2 tablespoons honey Blend all together and freeze in either 3 ounce paper cups or ice cube trays. Microwave just a few seconds before serving. NOTE: This can also be made with baby meat instead of the fruit and peanut butter.

| ![]() Kacee likes just the plain ice chips, too. It was nearly a hundred yesterday and we were out on the patio and I was finished with my drink and she was wanting some of my ice. I would take an ice chip and put it in her mouth and she just chewed it or let it melt in her mouth and ask for more. I don't know how healthy these are, but I found these recipes: HOMEMADE FROSTY PAWS Here is a healthy treat for your dog/s on these "Dog Day Afternoons" Ingredients: 32 oz Vanilla (or plain) Yogurt (regular, low fat or fat free) 1 mashed Banana or 1 large jar of baby fruit 2 Tablespoons peanut butter 2 Tablespoons Honey Procedure: Blend together and freeze in 3 oz. paper cups or ice cube trays. Microwave for a few seconds to thaw slightly before serving. Serving Information · Serves: 6 Popsicles for Pups Keep your dog cool with a refreshing, healthy treat: chicken broth popsicles. Easy for you to prepare and fun for your pet to eat, chicken broth popsicles are an excellent low-calorie treat any time of year, but especially during warmer weather. Pour one can of low-fat, low-sodium chicken broth into an ice cube tray and then freeze. Limit your dog to about one cube per day. http://www.downstay.com/sue-recipes.htm |

| ![]() Thanks everyone for the replies. I will go to the store soon to get some "pupsicles." LOL I was also searching the internet and I found a recipe where you put skinny raw hide sticks in the cubes halfway through freezing to make it have a stick. LOL |
