I was just surfing around looking at puppies. I have come across quite a few that offer parti-Yorkies and only a handful that offer Chocolates. I AM NOT TRYING TO START ANYTHING... I know that some including myself feel that the chocolate color that comes out at times is a color fault.

I am on the fence about Partis. They are so similar to Biewers and just adorable.I know there is a difference in the tho. I expect that the colors that come out in the Partis are color faults as well... Just looking for some opinions.
