Hello all the dogs in my park have sticky weepy eyes, till now Valentino didnt get it now he has, in both eyes. I am bathing them twice a day with eye wash but it does not seem to be working, is there anything else i could do please??? Thank you x

try dissolving a bit of bicarbonate of soda(the type used in cooking) in warm water and bathe with the solution. make it a very weak solution and use a cotton bud but be sure to wipe from inside to outside of eye and only use the cotton bud once with another bud for the second eye. It should clear up reasonably quickly. Some breeders use Optrex but i have always used bicarb with great success

My little puppy has just developed this problem, how much is a bit, half a teaspoon, pinch as in salt??????????
