| Breeder Review Hi everyone!! My name is Madison and I am from upstate NY! I joined yorkie talk about 1 month ago when I started the process of searching for a reputable dog breeder. I already have a yorkie named Chloe who will be 6 yrs old in January. Yorkie Talk has been a great help to me as there are SO many breeders online who are not to be trusted. The past month had been an emotional roller coaster for me as I had repeatedly thought I found good breeders, only to read horror stories online or found the breeders to seem sketchy through phone calls and emails. Just as I was about to give up on my search, I came across a website online called Ajjls Yorkies who's prices seemed much more reasonable compared to everyone else online and their dogs were SO beautiful. I was nervous at first to contact them since I was afraid that I would just end up feeling let down and still have no pup. I spoke with Amy (the owner) numerous times via email/phone/text and researched her business online (no complaints) . The part that captured me the most was that fact that she keeps a webcam on ALL DAY so you can watch the puppies and see how they live. She also makes videos of each of the pups and takes many pictures so you can see the puppy's personality and get to know all the information about them. After speaking with Amy for weeks and literally leaving the webcam up on the computer on my days off...I finally decided to purchase a baby from her. My boyfriend and I were willing to drive to Ohio the day after our decision to pick up baby Mason and Amy with her husband offered to drive 2 hours in our direction so we can save 4 hours in our overall drive. When we finally met she removed the blanket off him since she was so excited to see our reaction when we saw him for the first time. I was in such shock how gorgeous and tiny he was!! Amy also brought us a ton of gifts for baby Mason to help us start off with him (baby blanket, toys, new bag of royal canine, pacifier, a DVD of all his baby pictures/pics of his parents, a booklet on how to take care of a puppy, all his health papers, a cute little tshirt, and more) The next day I brought Mason to my Vet who said he was in perfect health and could not believe how wonderful his personality was. Mason was exactly 1.8LBS at 3 months old--which is EXACTLY what Amy told me he was before I purchased him. I could not say enough about Ajjls Yorkies. They have been so amazing throughout this process and have contacted me every day to see how he is adapting to his new life. Here are pictures of us. Mason is on the right! |

| How is Chloe adjusting to her new little brother? He sure is a cutie, and it's so refreshing to hear a positive story for a change. The only thing that I would have done, would be to go all the way to the breeders house just to find out how her breeding program is set up. But it sounds like you got a cute and healthy little man. I hope he has a long and happy healthy life with you guys.

| Update: Mason He is doing SO well!! He just came back from the Vet since he needed the last round of his shots. They said he is absolutely perfect, very healthy, and has such a great temperament. He is 2.4 pounds today! I paid a reasonable price for Mason, what is listed on her website is typically a price that will come down lower. However, I knew the value of Mason and how wonderful of a home he came from, so I did not expect to pay a few hundred bucks. He has adjusted so well to his new home. He loves his sister Chloe and she is very protective over her baby brother. It is so cute to see them interact together. Amy does use the term "tea cup" on her website purely for search engine optimization. She does not sell tiny sick pups, and I also understand many people who are not knowledgeable about the fact that "tea cups" are not a breed are going to search for "tea cups" when they are online. This was one of the first things we had spoken about and being someone who has online businesses myself, I understand the need to have that on your site in order to drive people to your page. Amy still continues to keep in touch with me to check on how Mason is doing. Very excited to continue to see him grow and learn more! Thank you for your comments. More pics to come! |

| He really is such a cutiepie- so glad his big sis took to him so fast for you! My girls would probably huff and puff for a bit! If she uses the term tea cup purely for search engine purposes, (and I take it you did ask good questions ) did she mention why a show quality girl would be so much less expensive than the littlest girl estimated- adult weight of 3bls? I'm not implying that she is anything other than a lovely woman with fantastic puppies, I'm just genuinely confused by this It's lovely to hear of someone taking such good care of puppies and new owners in the reviews! Bet you can't wait to take him out properly!?

| I wouldn't expect to pay a couple of hundred dollars for a Yorkie either, but goodness $3,900?! I find it odd that prices change due to their weight. I understand most breeders charge more for females than males, but to base price off their weight seems a little strange to me. In any case, Mason is beyond adorable. You have a very cute little family |

| I find 3900$ a lot as well and odd that prices go up by size. However the webcam on the puppies, the starter pack that includes quality food and pictures and breeder support seem awesome! Is he registered too? I'm glad you like the breeder and have a healthy pup! Can't wait to see pics and updates!

Mason is adorable! I hope Chloe is taking to him well. I'm looking for another puppy right now and that is my greatest concern.

I personally wouldn't pay 500.00 for a pair of shoes, but don't care if someone else does. Unless you pay that persons bills, it's no one elses business what they pay for things. I'm proud to say I can afford everything I buy.
