| Hey On My Daughter's Account - Question about Breeder Hey my daughter has seem to taken a liking to this site and asked me to first check with this site if they believe that www.touchofyorkie.com is a alright or decent breeder. I'm wondering has anyone had any experience with them, Can you see something on the page that smells a little fishy ? Well it would help if you guys had any suggestions or feedback. My daughter has been after this puppy for months , and i think we might of found the right one. |

| I would want to either see in person or picture's the mom & dad. Go there and see how she keeps her dogs. Are they all in cages, does it smell, or does it look clean, and the dogs looked well cared for. I can't see any blaring problems with the site, but it's always better to be on the careful side. Also, remember the smaller the dog the more problems you might have. A 7 lb Yorkie is more apt to have less problems, and be a lot less likely to get hurt.

| another comment. she does not show the mother and father to some of the puppies available. she accepts mc-visa. now from what i know, you have to really bring in lots of money to even afford mc-visa. they charge a lot per transaction. i don't know....these are just my thoughts

| "All of our Dams and Sires are less than 4 pounds." This comment worries me.

| All pups sold on full reg? No pictures or info on the parents that I could see or a picture or ino on their stud. ( for their stud service ) If you live near by you could go look and check it out. If shipping I would say no |

| I noticed she had a line: We aim to breed Yorkies that shine in their owner's eyes and the show ring. I didn't see any show pages or even any pages with the info for any adults etc. Deana Prestigeous Yorkies |

| A friend here in Portland bought a yorkie male from this breeder, she guarantees the puppies will not exceed 4 lbs (so her website says) yet Shirleys little man reached 11 lbs, she called the breeder with her concerns and ...guess what....she never called her back!! She paid $1800 full reg placed him as a pet for $350.00.

| AKC standard is 4-7lbs. Anyone who does not breed to standard is IMO not a good breeder. JMO |
