| HAS Holly Been in Heat too Long? Guys I didn't know where to post this. It's not an emergency and I don't know if she is sick. Here it goes. Holly was scheduled to be spayed two weeks ago, but the Diva decided to go into heat instead. I believe the first day was about the 23rd or 24th of June. She is still not done and is still swollen. Is this too long already? I thought it was four weeks so this is the fourth week. What do you guys think?

| Thanks so much. I was like, it's almost my turn again and Holly still hasn't gotten off hers. Also, can you tell me more or less how long I should wait before I schedule the spaying again. I meant to ask my vet and I will tomorrow, but I wanted a bit of a head start. Thanks in advance.

I'd give it a couple of weeks. Just keep her safe and away from any males

| Oh yes I know. I took her with me just to get the mail and OMG. Barking everywhere for like blocks down the road. I was in shock. Thanks so much.
