Have you tried to squeeze a little of the moms milk out so they can get a taste of it? Maybe then they will latch on.

Oh, yes. I try that for a few minutes before I feed him. He just cries out and refuses to latch on. But the fact that the baby girl finally did this evening gives me great hope that he will eventually figure it out.

After one of my girls had a section, to get the pups to latch on, I had read during all my research that if you take some of your own saliva and rub it on the nipple they will latch on. I did it and it worked.

I know it sounds strange but it worked so I thought I'd pass it on for you to try. Good Luck with those babies !!!!

Oh, now that's a new one for me! I just fed him, so when I get up in the night to check on him, if he's not already nursing, I'll give it a try. Very interesting.
