| Question About Health Guarantee What do you guys think of this? Purchase Agreement/Health Guarantee 1. This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. 2. This puppy has been vaccinated for distemper, parainfluenza, adenovirus, and parvo. The puppy has also been wormed with Strongid-T. 3. The puppy has a health guarantee extending to seven (7) days beyond the day you take the puppy home against any viral diseases. 4. The puppy must be checked by a veterinarian within seven (7) days for the guarantee to be valid. 5. We also guarantee up to and no more than one (1) year from statement date against major genetic defects, like epilepsy, deafness, blindness, liver shunt, or heart murmur. 6. If the veterinarian finds anything seriously wrong with your puppy, it can be exchanged for another puppy of equal value of the customer’s choice immediately or as soon as one becomes available, provided a letter from the examining veterinarian is offered as evidence of the animal’s illness. 7. The guarantee does not included hypoglycemia, colds, coccida, or any other minor illnesses. 8. The seller assumes no responsibility for this animal after leaving the premises for any medical expense, death, allergies, training difficulties, behavior problems or any other reason. 9. We do not guarantee this puppy for breeding; we are selling it as a pet only. 10. At no time will your credit exceed the purchase price of your puppy. We are not responsible for any veterinarian bills you incur with puppies purchased from us. 11. In the case of the animal’s death within the seven-day period, an autopsy must be arranged and paid for the Buyer, and findings must be submitted to the Seller before any exchange will be made.

Donating YT 14K Club Member | hmmm...I think it looks good. Some breeders only allow 3 days to be vet check...this one give a week. This breeder also guarantees against genetic defects for a year. The breeder will not reimburse for general vet visits and no one should expect that.

| Thanks Kimberl(e)y's!!!! I appreciate it. That is the health guarantee of a breeder I was speaking with. I think it is OK, but I wanted to get the opinions of some outsiders. Thank you!

| I think the guarantee is about standard. Juice was not guaranteed against coccidia or parvo, and I ate 3,000, but I would never expect a breeder to guarantee against something that can happen after the puppy leaves, that is treatable or was not the fault of the breeder. I guarantee against Heart, Liver and Kidney genetic defects, until the puppy is one year and require and autopsy if there is a recent death after purchase. I too, give a replacement of equal value as soon as possible or when one comes available. Hope everything works to your approval.
