IS anyone familiar with this Breeder? - YorkieTalk.com Forums

I have done a ton of research on the internet and my top pick was Fantasyyorkies.com the owner is Shirley Bovay. My husband and I were not only impressed by her website, but her honest responces. She was extremely sweet over the phone. We fell in love with a puppy named Misti. I looked at the parents and all look well cared for. My last step was contacting several of the people that have puppies from her. I got a overwhelming responce...and everyone says they are some of the best Yorkies around. With that I have decided to send her a deposit for Misti (who we renamed Lilly). I ran into this site and want some oppinions. If anyone has one of these puppies that would even be better. I live in Colorado and we will be driving 13 hours to get her in March. Thanks in advance for any help!!

hmmmmm at the bottom of their home page...

FANTASY YORKIES IS USDA LICENSED.

not good in my opinion.

I know you're excited, but I'd have to say that I'd steer clear of anyone who is USDA licensed.

I have not personally dealt with them but I still have their site bookmarked from when I was searching for Lily. Good luck with your new baby!!!!!!!
