| http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/bre...-south-fl.html This breeder is fraudulent in many ways...do not trust. There are some great breeders here on YT. They post pups for sale below in the Yorkies for sale section, you could pm them or post and ask questions.

Thank You!!! I read that prior to posting and that's what made me want to ask. We were to have the pick of the litter, 2 male, 1 Female. We're looking for a male. We received an email asking for a large a large deposit because they said that their was Soo much interest in the pups. I found that a little odd in a way, Since we were to go over and visit and talk with her and meet with the pups, it just seemed like the "Deposit" was more important. Communication seemed to be lacking as well. We would like to feel comfortable with the breeder and would like for them to know us also. Didn't realize how involved it really is trying to find a breeder and not a "Greeder" We found another breeder, from one of the links on this site but, Now for the life of me I can't find that link again. It's a breeder in Ocala, Fl www.ourheavenlyyorkies.com | |

| Why not have a nice puppy shipped in? There are some very reputable breeders on here who would ship a superb puppy to you. Deb Sillers of Amazing Yorkies is one of them. Is Breny still on here? She has Greene's Treasured Yorkies and I always thought sounded very nice. Good luck!

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | I am just wondering are your looking for breeding priviledges with this male you want? If so, that presents another view on where and how to look, if you are really looking to getting into breeding correctly, ethically, responsibally, and with the breeds best interest firmly at heart.

| Breeder in Fla Good luck with finding your baby in Fla from a good breeder. Please read the post here by Darlenejmnz in General Yorkie discussion, "My baby may not make it....." Don't know who that breeder is, but I would not get one of her pups without a thorough check out! This is a sad story. Certainly be very careful and get a good health guarantee before buying a pup. |

| We took a ride to see a couple of pups yesterday, Awee they were soo cute the breeder had 2 males 6 weeks old. She told us that she likes to hold onto them until their ready to go, usually around 12 or 13 weeks depending. Which is nice. I think that they still need their mommy time. This is the lil guy. I'll post pictures of his brother is a little bit. His brother is about twice the size of this one, with some pretty big mitts. Breeder mentioned that this was the first litter from this female. She has another female that will give birth next month. http://i40.tinypic.com/2wqgao7.jpg http://i42.tinypic.com/2yl1qa9.jpg http://i40.tinypic.com/2vbx62t.jpg Here's Mommy: http://i44.tinypic.com/2r384le.jpg http://i41.tinypic.com/20tks41.jpg |

| The Online website shows the information that I posted in the earlier post.. Now, on the written contract Several things have been added and I'm not sure how to take this. Before deposit, The buyer is to fax a copy is this contract, signed to seller, This is to acknowledge the receiving of such. | For some reason I can only post with the "Quick Reply" option.. I posted a few pictures that are in limbo now for the past 5 hrs.. anyways, I'm pretty concerned about reading the online contract, only to then find added rules in the printed and signed contract.. I didn't sign anything I was just checking out different breeders and pups This is a different breeder that I went to not the one that I posted earlier. Just wanted to make that clear. This breeder is AKC been breeding for 15yrs etc... Last edited by Photog; 05-29-2013 at 08:54 PM. |

| I talked with the breeder today and questioned the contract. I also mention how I was left feeling like this in "my thoughts" was a "Bait and switch" kindof of tactic. Speaking openly and honestly with her, about my concerns. We talked on the phone for nearly 2hrs. Now, I consider myself a pretty good judge of character and for the most part can tell when someone is being deceptive and stumbling for words in order to hide from something. I didn't see any of this! What I did see was that, She was trying to cover herself from Maybe inexperienced new puppy owners running up Vet bills or maybe even bringing the puppy to inexperienced vet's for this particular breed or small breed dogs and just "Hen-Pecking" through a list of potential problems running up the cost of the bill and NOT really getting to the bottom of the problem to begin with... I Get this..... and I understand NOT everyone's thought process is the same.. Some are very simple minded and clueless regardless of what you tell them. And then there are also people out there looking for FREE Rides and are maybe even wanting to get free VET CARE and blame the breeder for the issues just as a Scam.. Yeah !!! I know... But not everyone is so sincere. and that's why I'm asking... What would you do? I'm just looking for a New addition to the family, It'll actually be my Mother's dog but we're family so he'll truly be an addition to OUR extended family. I'm just trying to help her to find a "Healthy" Purebred Forever friend from a breeder that's not going to take her for a ride. No pun intended. I've considered the option of buying from well known breeders out of state, But I feel that you would really want to be able to hold and bond with your new puppy prior to purchasing.. you know like online dating.. lol You'll never know what you getting into until you actually see them in person. |
