| PoshPuppyLove??? Has anyone ever heard of poshpuppylove.com or purchased a puppy from them? If so, what was your experience? *I posted this earlier in the wrong "section" ( sick and Injured ) by accident. Does anyone know how I can delete it from there?* Thanks! |

| I have not, but based on their website, I would recommend looking elsewhere. They have red flags all over the place. First and foremost being that they breed various different types of dogs (including mix breeds), which no reputable breeder would ever do. This screams of a broker and/or puppy mill. Note - Arkansas doesn't have a lot of AKC reputable breeders, but is very much covered in byb's and puppy mills. If you are looking for a true love - a Yorkie that will be your baby for a long time, I highly recommend browsing the recommended breeders (listed by state) on the YTCA website here: Yorkshire Terrier Club of America About The Club Happy hunting

| Red flags blazing Any website that sells dogs by the label "Designer" is a sham. Probably a puppymill and my advice would be to avoid them. If you are looking for a Yorkie to add to your life this site has all the information you will need to help you have the patience to find a healthy and beautifully bred fur baby. There are so many poorly bred Yorkie's and mix breed toy dogs out there that it is sickening. It seems lately every one wants a little dog. Yorkie's are fabulous, but having an ill bred one that suffers with bad health, because of not being patient, or wanting to spend the right amount of money, to my knowledge is not worth it. I am not saying this is the case with you, but are obviously shopping, so please take the time to read through this forum, makes some YT friends and educate yourself on the correct way to find your future fur baby. Best of luck to you

| Thanks everyone, I am actually not shopping around. A close family member purchased a puppy from her and the outcome has not been good. I was just curious what others experience had been. Your input has been helpful. Thanks again ! |

| Many of us have been in the same shoes as your family member, I'm sorry for what your they are going through...I'm sure its nothing I haven't heard...I strongly advise that they report them to every agency possible.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | This breeder is a large scale breeder who breeds mixes. This type of breeder is often a puppy mill. Don't forget that there are no laws in place to regulate breeders who sell directly to the public over the internet and some of these internet breeders have the worst puppy mills there is.
