I thought you made a committment to buy a female puppy....the breeder you are dealing can easily be on this forum and I would perfer not to have a problem...

Like i said I understand were u are coming from because clearly I see people think very highly of you and have lots of respect for you and ur knowledge on this breed of dogs and I dont want to be the new girl on the block to damage your rep here or start problems for you and yes i told here that i would stop by at the end of the month since that is when im returning to fl from being home in ga and according to her the next litter are set to come at the end of march because she only had 1 boy left and yes i was happy until everyone start bring up the health contract then the joy was gone and fillled with concerns and doubts clearly im new to this and i value yt opinons and thoughts thats why i join because i know as yorkie lovers you guysl would never guide someone down the wrong path let alone sugar code anything that may seem fishy but once again im not trying to cause or bring problems ur way.

There are some stickies in various forums on how to select a breeder.
But, you buy your breeder first, then your puppy. All pups are cute, but not all breeders are reputable.

You need to arm yourself with education. This is a living breathing thing you are adding to your family. So, many things to make yourself aware of.

i think you are doing a great job of asking good questions and learning so far!! keep that learning attitude and you'll find a great breeder before you know it. i would contact the FL breeders on YTCA and start your search there. it's a great place to start and you won't regret the outcomes. good luck again and i'm so happy to see someone looking for the right answers and willing to make a plan change when things aren't looking so good thumbs up to you

If you haven't put a deposit down maybe you could just tell the person you have changed your mind. Who knows she may not even have a female in the litter. I would rather get out of it now and try and find a breeder that has a great health guarantee. I think it is great you are asking questions/opinions and learning as you go. I bought Cali before joining YT and ended up with a very sick puppy with thousands of dollars in vet bills. Even though I had yorkies before there was so much I didn't know until finding YT. I know the right puppy is out there for you.
