Do we have any breeders from Miami on the forum? id like to get their advice on vets in the area & maybe have a mentor when my lil one goes into labor.. thanks!

I see you aren't new to Yorkietalk, and I'm really disappointed that you do not have a vet and your little girl is pregnant. One thing I think you should understand is that you are not looking for a mentor, this is someone who helps you choose your breeding dogs and teaches you, HOW TO BREED correctly. The whelping comes much much later. You are looking for a whelping coach, not a mentor. Good luck in you search for a coach and a vet.

thanks for clearing that up, I do have a vet, but hes more of a 9-5 vet & thats that. I am taking her to another vet who will do her xrays & tell me pricing for a c-section if its needed. I think I am ok to go through this but its MY 1st time so I want to be able to have an experienced "coach" along the way with me if I need it.

are you in the Miami area??? I can tell you I like my vet

BRAVO ANIMAL CLINIC -- he is south -SW 186 near the turnpike

He may also connect you with what you need.. I got my Remy from a recommendation from him

In that case, I would ask my vet for a referral.
