Donating YT 4000 Club Member | My vet recomended Safe guard..(fenbendazole) he said it covers the most common types of worms and is easy on their tiny systems. I just wormed my yorkie Jacks last week, after they were fully weaned.. he does not recomends to do it any sooner than 8 weeks. hugs, CArmen in nj Last edited by carmen in nj; 03-12-2009 at 02:04 PM. | Thanks for the input Carmen, how are your pups doing? Mine I think have whipworms. He forgot to worm them and I floated their poop and discovered them. Also, Mom has them too. I have to call the vet tomorrow and get something. My guys are 9 1/2 weeks. You think he would have said something about the worming. I totally forgot in all the rush to get them all in there and back out again by myself. duh

| He gave them Drontal. I dosed the whole house. My first born pup was off to new owners tonight. I was very surprised by my fiance's reaction. He's such a harda**, he definitely is feeling the void. Blossie's new owner Natalie is perfect for her. They will be together for a long time Not sure I can let any more go, LOL Nan

| I was using nemex 2, but recently decided to switch to Fenbendazole (Safe-Guard). It is 100% effective against all four types of canine intestinal worms (hookworms, roundworms, tapeworms & whipworms) . |
