I know all little girls are different but is there an avarage weight gain each week, and a total weight gain.She weighed 5lb 5oz, and has put 2 0z on in the first 2 weeks. not sure if she is pregnant but seems to be more sllepy and wants to spend all her time with me.

Ellie weighed in at 5.4lbs when she first got pregnant. She didn't want to eat that much her first 3 weeks, however, now, she weighs in at 7.8lbs. All she did was sleep. That's all she does now. She is due on 3/7 and has a huge belly. It just takes time.
