| Female ignoring male and flirt with puppy? Ok so Lucy, already gave me two litters (Summer 2006 and 2007),both fathering by my male Teddy. I got a new male about 4 months ago. Tom Pouce will be 10 months in a week, and only 4 lbs. So Lucy is on heat and obviously have chose Tom Puce as a mate. But Tom is to small and maybe to young, he have try a bit but not doing good at all. Lucy is 8 lbs and tall on her leg. Now Teddy barely tries as Lucy doesn't show any interest toward him! . She usually mate starting on the 10 days and she is now at her 12 day... I try to isolate Tom Pouce but Lucy just cry and worry until I bring him back. I have about 2-3 days to "convince" Lucy to accept Teddy. Any suggestions??? Maybe I should live Tom Pouce at a friend house for the weekend? |

| Glad things worked out for you... keep Tom Pouce away from her... because he can still "connect" with your girl even at his age. Looking forward to seeing pups in a couple of months! Good luck!
