| I won't get into the breeding issues except to say that your boy will be marking in the house as long as he is not nuetered and you have intact females in the house with him. To train them to go outside you will probably have to start at square one. First you will need to limit the space they have to "free roam" in the house. Get an ex-pen or a playpen and line it with pottypads. Anytime you cannot give them 100% of your attention, keep them limited to that space. Take them outside to run and potty every 2 hours at first and everytime they go outside, praise them like there was no tomorrow. When you bring them back in, put them back in their space unless you are able to watch them closely for signs of circling to go potty. You will need to do this consistantly until they can be trusted to go outside everytime. Then they can be allowed freedom in the house. If you cannot do this consistantly with them, you will likely not be able to change the behaviour.
