| Dry and Flaky I dont know if this is the right spot to post this, but i figured maybe other breeders have had this problem as well. Bella had a litter of pups about 4 mos. ago and now her little nippies are all dry and flaky. They were fine while she was nursing and now suddenly this! Is there something you would recommend putting on them? a lotion or cream? poor thing needs something to sooth that skin it looks awful! and its only on her underside by her tummy and nippies! any suggestions?

| I think this happens because their skin tightens up so they shed more skin than usual. What I have found that works wonders is to lather them up really well with Selsun Blue shampoo and do this once a week until it is gone. Espe went through this and that cleared it up a lot the first time, I think one more time and it will all be gone!
