| Golden Yorkies Kennel Hi everyone. So, the search continues for my little best friend. I'm currently contacting a breeder in Mexico. She has puppies available right now. She told me the sire of the puppies is from VonStutenpferch and the dame is from Dulce Sinfonia. The email she sent me had Golden Yorkies Kennel as the name. I don't know if anyone has ever heard of her. I've heard of Dulce Sinfonia. I am attaching a picture of the male, for any opinions. I don't know...he looks a little weird to me. His eyes and head look kind of Chihaahuaish. Maybe I'm just exaggerating. Any opinions would be very welcome. Thanks to everyone. Last edited by GAOMariposa; 11-12-2007 at 07:46 PM. | Dunno about the golden kennel , but the picture you are showing looks to me like a purebred yorkie, I guess not so happy in the pic , sad eyes maybe but still a yorkie to me. |

| Hi. I don't think she has a website, but here is the ad I found in the paper: YORKSHIRE TERRIER., \ hermosos, cachorros, cachorritas, bolsillo, muņeca, pedigree internacional, campeones, machito 9meses ideal semental, tel 12028931. The area code to the phone number is 33. She's located in Guadalajara. I spoke to her yesterday and she seems very nice, but I'm not 100% sure on the sire of the puppies. Considering how the puppies come from champion lines, her prices are really low...I believe she's asking what's around $1,120 dollars for a tiny female. |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Here's Dolce Sinfonia website. http://www.dolcesinfonia.com/index_1.htm I think it would be fairly easy to request the dog's pedigree from the seller to verify the information on the dame.

| Update... So I talked to the breeder on the phone and asked her some more information. She told me she's a show breeder. She's been one for 11 years and she actually shows her dogs. She seems super nice. I think I'm just going to go for it and see her puppies. It doesn't hurt to just window shop, right? I will keep everyone updated as to what happens. I'm supposed to go see the puppies on Thursday. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'll finally have my Yorkie baby. |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | I hope the puppy is your dream puppy. I think it is most important that you get to see the puppy in its home environment, see the parents. Pictures are not always the puppy that arrives. Pedigrees can be forged; so many scams are out there. Please keep us posted. |

| Quick question: she has 2 femals for sale, one is $200 more because she's going to be tinnier. Would this puppy be considered the runt? I've heard that some runts tend to have problems later on. Should I avoid chosing the smaller one and go for the other female? Thanks again for everyone's help and support. I can't wait until Thursday. |

Runts generally do not have any more problems than the others and often, don't stay the smallest. I had two tiny ones in my last litter and both are doing great and i consider, I had no runt since I had two. you do have to watch the smaller puppies closerr and make sure they are eating and etc. You also might need to get a harness or collar with a small bell on it to let you know where she is all the time and not underfoot. | |
