Maya - 3 month old Pocket size Yorkie

Hi All,
I am all the way in South Africa. Have read some of the post on here and decided to join.
I love Yorkies. I recently added to my family a new Yorkie. She is the Choclate breed Pocket size. I dont think she even weighs a kilogram. When I bought her from the breeder, she was eating Hills Puppy kibble. I then decided to change her over to Acana. Bought the small breed puppy and mixed it little by little into her Hills food. She was eating fine until last week when she had her second innoculation and deworming. She is now refusing to eat her Acana kibble. I know these small pups bloodsugar levels can drop easily and I am seriously worried about that. Everyone says if she is hungry she will eat, but I am worried about her bloodsugar dropping if she does not want to eat. I have a few other dogs in the house and cant leave a feeder full of food as they will help themselves all the time.
Is there anyone who can help with advice?
