| ![]() About five days ago, I had my bathrooms remodeled. I took my girl to my . parents' house as she does not like noise, or anything to do with HER house being messed with. My parents had to leave and I brought Sadie back to my house for a total of five minutes when the men were cleaning up. It took her a day to get over shaking, off and on. She did not like the commotion. Then, the next day she was running to get inside, and she hit her head lightly on the middle step. It did not knock her out any anything like that, as she barely hit it. But, she acts like I beat her up, and she does not trust me. Her vision is fine. Since then, she sleeps with me at night, then when she gets up instead of eagerly waiting to eat, she goes to the den and crawls in her bed. She does not come around until I go outside to work in my yard, or go for a walk. Then, she is all friendly and follows me around like she is my shadow. She is fine until after dinner, then she goes back into another room to sleep. Last night I tried bonding with her and I brushed her for a half an hour, and she was so content on my lap. But, the minute I was through brushing her, she went into the den to sleep. She will sleep next to me at night. Can anyone tell me what is going on? She does not appear to be ill as she eats like she always does, and her bowel movements are just fine. I want my Sadie Girl back. Thanks for any feedback. Kate
