Thanks to all that are very active in this section. This is a great section to have on YT. There may not be a lot of posts in here but I am sure people are still reading here and becoming more educated. I have a great respect for all of the rescue people.

I agree ! I don't start posts much these days but I DO read them - and I have tons of respect for those that rescue also and are involved in making change

Me too! You guys have hearts of gold and in doing what you feel called to do are literately saving lives! That is HUGE! It's because of you guys that newbies learn what is going on out there! Just like in every area of life, if we take our eyes off ourselves and look up each day opportunities arive to help make someone else's life better! That is the clear definition of a rescuer...we thank u today! :-)

Sorry but this section is not about rescue but about animal welfare which any YT member can get involved in. In fact if you look at the majority of the posts and the posters they are not with rescue but people who feel they have a responsibility for all animals. I just wanted to make sure everyone understands all YT members can get involved to educate themselves about what is going on across the country with respect to our compaion pets.

That is exactly why this Forum was created~as a learning tool for Animal Rights, legislation involving animals and to bring further awareness to these topics.

There is so much information that needs to be absorbed involving these issues and this is a great place to read and learn~~
