Attaching a picture to your posts is relatively easy. The hardest part is knowing how to shrink your pictures to 400 x 600 pixels or so. Once you have them shrunk, do this:

Create a thread or make a reply.
Scroll down and click "Manage Attachments"
Find your shrunk photo on your hard drive and then "upload."
That will take a minute. Once you see the picture has attached itself, click "close window" and then "submit reply."
