Ok...First let me say my first child Lauryn was potty trained 1 week after her 2 year old birthday. Lexi my second child is a completely different story...oh my gosh...where do I start.. She is soo frigin cute but sooo dang head strong. She is her own little person. (lol)

I started potty training her right after her 2nd birthday. Used panties instead of pull ups. She went in them for weeks daily and never in the potty. She got to the point where she was holding it and it gave her an urinary track infection. She held her poo so long that we ended up taking her to the doctor and she had to have meds to go. Well doctor told us just to hold off and that she wasnt ready and to try again after Christmas. (remind you she will be 3 in July) Well I started on Sat. She did great!!!! Sunday screamed and cried and would not use the potty. Mon. did great!!! Tues, Wed, Thurs. Wont potty screams and cries when I have her sit on it. I know they say to never force it so I don't. But now what do I do..

We try to make it fun for her. When she is sitting on the potty I read books, play with playdough, do puzzles, etc. If she tries she gets a sticker and gets to put it on her board I have up in the bathroom. If she potties, she gets a big dora sticker (which she loves ) and a quarter to put in her piggy bank. (she is obsessed with her bank and loves putting money in it) plus I do the this crazy pee pee dance and act silly when she goes and tell her how proud of her we are. When she goes in her pants I don't punish her, I just say....Lexi, You are to pee pee in the potty like a big girls. Its stinky when you pee pee in your panties. She just says.."Sorry Momma" and does it again and again. I don't understand. She was doing so good. I'm at my whits end.. Any suggestions for a very head strong child...lol
