I deal with this on a daily basis... When Im leaving the cat in or out.. IT IS ON!! So I have resorted to the squirt bottle or a fly swatter to distract the dog long enough,, so the cat can come in or out.. Otherwise the dog, latches onto either the cats ears or tail!!
