you say she ate corn? was it corn still attached to the husk? if so get that baby to the vet right away. dog stomaches cannot digest the husk of the corn and it causes blockages which makes them throw up. please go get an x-ray done just to be sure something is stuck inside....actually an x-ray wouldn't even help because corn wouldn't show up. take her to the vet anyway and have them monitor her. if she starts NOT pooping and just vomiting then its very likely that its an intestinal blockage.
