When I first got Ruby and pearl they kept pooping in the crate no matter WHAT. I found by taking the darn crate and actually scrubbing it in the TUB and then bleaching and using Vinegar then rinsing... They finally STOPPED after about $ days. JUST CLEANING with a rag and cleaner DID NOT do it... I had to do the whole scrub down each time to get rid of ANY scent whatsoever that may be lingering. VERY HARD WORK when you do it a bunch of times a day but WORTH IT !
