my maltepoo I use to have had those. and the hair comes out at that spot or his would so I started putting neosporin on it and it cleared right up. And everytime he started scratching a lot in one place and it started lookin like it was becoming a hot spot I just put it on him 3 or 4 times a day. never had anymore problems with him having them anymore. They would just clear up with that. neosporin is an antibiotic ointment that I use for lots of things and its good.
