Or do you have Microsoft Photo Editor on your PC? Then you could do it very easily by yourself:
Go to "Image", click on "Resize" and type in the pixels you want. Best is not to exeed about 600 px in width. You nedd only to type in the width, the height fills in automatically. Just make sure the box "Allow distortion" is not checked. Good luck!
