That always boggles my mind. How can you say you love your dog and then neglect it. Why not take them to the animal shelter and drop them off.  |
I asked the owner why do you have dogs if you don't take care of them and her response was that one of the dogs was left by the original owners of the house. I told her that there was no excuse and that dogs deserve to be cared for and loved. If they didn't want too someone else would.
