When I saw this fool carry my dog in her arms I near died, I kept telling her to put him in through the window, my heart was racing like cray, the highway was right there. When I was called for the time to pick him up the tech said he was very naughty. Cody cannot be caged, he goes crazy. The tech said he was biting at the cage then trying to bite them lol, they had to muzzle him every time he was taken out of the cage. I would think a notice would have been on his cage. There is all new staff now. Before the pandemic everyone knew Cody and how he was. If there is a next time I am putting his harness and leash in the door so they can leash him up, my heart can't take another episode like that.
