Like it was said previously tails are not docked in Europe AND more and more US breeders and show folks are not docking now. Means they can sell their pups to Europeans and they can then also show in Europe.
Europe law feels docking is a form of abuse and maiming the dog. Understand that that law was political, not brought about by European breeders.
