Well, the reason why I think it's air is because it sounds like wrapping paper being crinkled.. but it's not small, either. I'd say the size of a tennis ball, if it was flattened with a bit of a curve.

She was very angry with me for not staying with her for her afternoon nap, and showed it. She's just fine, just as sassy as ever.
