My feelings are hurt and I can't help to feel a little jealous. My mom got Chloe spoiled rotten and I feel she loves my mom way more than me. My mom does not work and is able to spend more time with her than me. If I could stay home with her everyday, I would. But, I have to work in order to my bills, so someday I can get my own place. I can't afford not to work. I try to make it up to Chloe when I get home with tons of attention and love. But, everytime I try to pick her up to give her some love, she starts squirming out my arms. Even growling and barking when my mom is present because she wants her to hold her instead. She wants to go with her and sometimes acts like she does not want anything to do with me.
