The vet pushed in on a certain spot on her and she made that noise consistently whenever he did that. That's when he said that usually means they have the beginning signs of it. He also said she would most likely be alright as long as I was conscious of it and prevented any further damage for the most part, like not using harnesses with a high strap or cloths that could pull too tight on her neck, etc... She's been doing it considerably less since I switched harnessess so far | Yeah that is collapsing trachea.
