Puppies can't be fat so him being bigger is not because of over feeding. I would want a puppy from experienced breeders who know there lines are free of genetic illnesses and I would not take a pup from there mom until they are 12 weeks because there mom is teaching them a lot up to those 12 weeks. Breeding a female yorkie under 5 pounds is not ethical and can be very dangerous.
