I pray that they are able to find the people and return the puppy to the buyer. They obviously weren't screening their clients very well.
Do breeders typically do housechecks?? I know that a lot of rescues do!! I understand that it may not be possible if you are selling a dog across the country...but locally?!?
I would want to know that my dog was going to a clean home. I would want to see that the yard was secure, if they were going to let it loose out there. I'd want to know that there were no other bigger dogs that could hurt it etc etc.
If these breeders would have done a home check, they'd at least have a lead
