how old is she now?
Remy was 1.2 lbs at 9 weeks (I know, I was one of thoes I know better now) and is 5.25 lbs now at 3 years... well closer to 5.5 lbs but she should get back to 5.25lbs it is funny on such a small dog a few ounzes does show.
