I don't see any mention of long walks or extended play time with Titus. He needs to be able to relieve his energy during this time that you have with him so you must take the time to walk him and play with him extensively for at least an hour before putting him back in his crate. He must have a chance to run out the zoomies for a while as well as go outside to exercise prior to being crated again. if he does this he should be tired enough to sleep while you are at work.

of course with him being so young he must have all his vaccinations prior to long walks
