So glad you got her in there and got their exam, testing, opinion, advice and treatment plan for her. It sounds as if you have some good options for her, though I know very little about MVD except what I've learned on YT but I have sure read more than a few threads about dogs doing very well with it on the right diets. Hopefully those coming test results will not show anything unexpected or too bad. I hope Emma is feeling better very soon.
