I'm sorry, but it sounds like to me you want a quick and easy fix for potty training. If your pup is giving indications that she needs to potty during the night, get up and take her outside or to a potty pad, let her do her business and then go back to bed. Putting a diaper on her is likely to confuse her and make her think it's okay to just go and not let you know she needs to go.
If this was your child, you would get up and take them to the potty....
