I was wondering if anyone had used Terbutaline 2.5mg. for CT. I gave her 1/2 one this morning for the first time and she has been vomiting which she never does. Called the vet and they said to give her a Pepcid 10mg. and just a tiny bit of food tonite. He wanted something in her stomach. THen, they would check on her in the morning. My baby is never sick except for this CT condition and it worries me.

When I adopted my late Audrey back in 1999, she had CHF and CT problems. She was on Terbutaline, the first 2 does made her sick but then she adjusted to it. She did however get the panting at first with it, but that resolved in a weeks time. She was on Terbutaline and Enacard (heart med's) until I lost her 4 years later due to kidney failure.
