Okay not only do you need to get her to a Vet, to determine if there is infection and or injury, from right now you have to separate them. Judge that she is in heat, is the safest course. They must be crated and rotated. Meaning only one dog out to exercise and then to have some roam and hug time in the house, then that dog is crated and you do the same walk feed exercise hug etc. They are both to be crated when you are sleeping or out of the house.

And your girl is too small to carry safely a pregnancy.
