I agree with Carmen; I x-ray with each pregnancy anytime after day 56. It is not an absolute MUST for many breeders, but I feel much better having a good idea of how many puppies to expect and peace of mind knowing that they will likely be able to fit through the birth canal. Knowledge is power!
