My first question would be have you had them to the vet to evaluate the itching problem, especially since no fleas were identified? Yorkies are prone to seasonal allergies, as well as other breeds. Two of mine now have had seasonal allergies.

Secondly, ACV applied to broken skin from scratching/eruption is going to have a burning sensation on the open skin. ACV cannot prevent muscle weakness. ACV will not help treat runny eyes, runny nose, and a productive cough. A vet should be consulted for those symptoms.

Just a word of caution to "cures" that are boasted to cure a miriad of symptoms/diseases. This has been a ploy over time.
